Because this is a digital product, all sales are final. However, we understand that technical issues can sometimes occur. As such, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 5 days of purchase
• The e-book file has not been downloaded
• There is a verifiable technical issue preventing access or delivery
